Jeetack 552 Tackifier is a mixture of Ultra High Weight Polyisobutylene in Paraffinic Oil.

Jeetack 552 Tackifier is an Additive that can gives tack and/or stringiness to Lubricants. The product prevents dripping, spattering, splashing and wiping off. The Additive can be used in several Industrial Lubricants and Greases as well as Specialty Oils. Some of the applications are:

• Textile Machinery Oils
• Rust Preventives
• Anti-mist Cutting oils

The treat rate for a typical formulation would be in the range of 0.5 to 2% by weight. As there is no standard test procedure for measuring tackiness it is best decided by the formulator.

Jeetack 552 Tackifier is available in 175 kg net weight mild steel barrels

Normal storage conditions as applicable to any petroleum additive is advisable for storing Jeetack 552 Tackifier. Maximum storage temperature should not exceed 50°C.

Jeetack 552 Tackifier can be blended using conventional blending equipment.

The product is non-hazardous and nontoxic. Normal handing precautions as in the case of any petroleum additive is advisable.
