The Company was promoted by Mr. Thavara Madhavan in 1995. he has rich and diverse experience with major multinational chemical companies for over 2 decades before venturing into being a manufacturing entrepreneur.

The Company commenced production of Jeetack 521 – Tackiness Additive in 1996 in a rented premises in Noida, National Capital Region. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. was the Company’s first customer for Jeetack 521. IOC’s Research & Development wing as well as its Marketing Division extended full support to the Company in establishing the product. Subsequently, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) also approved Jeetack 521. Thereafter, all major Companies approved Jeetack 521. Thus, the Company was able to successfully replace India’s dependency on the imported product by significantly providing cost and lead time advantages.

The rented premises had a reasonable footprint. However, considering the flow of orders from India and now abroad, the Company explored options to shift to a larger workspace. By 1998, the Company smartly invested in a sick unit admeasuring 1000 m2 from Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation, in Greater Noida. Manufacturing was shifted to Greater Noida during the same year. Financial hand-holding was provided by one of the PSU Banks, which is the official banker even today.

Having established several products by now and with an increasing customer base across Asia and Australia, the Company thought of expansion as well as relocating nearer to the main market as well as a container terminal for the Company’s products, and finally chose the beautiful state of Goa as the location, in the Western part of India.

In 2006, Goa Industrial Development Corporation allotted 7000 sqm of land in Madkaim Industrial Estate and production in the new unit started in 2007. After relocating to Goa, the Company further added several new products to the product line of the Company.

The company also contract manufactures for international traders and Specialty Additive Companies.
