Jeetack 546 is a high-performance tackifier made from very high molecular weight polyisobutylene blended in synthetic base oil. It imparts excellent tack and stringiness to lubricants, helping prevent dripping, spattering, splashing, and wipe-off in demanding applications. Suitable for industrial lubricants, greases, and specialty oils—including slide-way lubricants, chain saw oils, wire-rope lubricants, rail curve greases, and cutting oils—it is typically used at 0.5–2% treat rate depending on the required tack level.

The product is a clear, tacky, viscous liquid with very high viscosity and a flash point of around 150 °C. It is non-hazardous, easy to blend, and supplied in 175-kg barrels. Jeetack 546 should be stored below 50 °C and handled using normal precautions applicable to petroleum additives.
