Jeetack 251625 is a tackifier-cum-viscosity improver formulated from a blend of olefin copolymer and polyisobutylene. It enhances viscosity, tack, and stringiness in lubricants, significantly improving water spray-off resistance. Suitable for industrial lubricants and greases, it is commonly used in wire-rope lubricants, rail curve greases, rock drill oils, cable jelly, open gear oils, and other heavy-duty applications. The recommended treat rate is 2–3% depending on the desired performance.
This viscous liquid offers a high kinematic viscosity of 4500–6000 cSt at 100 °C, a flash point of around 170 °C, and a density of 0.83–0.91 kg/L. Jeetack 251625 is non-hazardous, non-toxic, and easy to blend using standard equipment, with an ideal blending temperature of about 70 °C. It is supplied in 175-kg mild steel barrels and should be stored below 50 °C under normal petroleum-additive handling conditions.

Storage & Handling
Normal storage conditions for any petroleum additive are advisable for storing Jeetack 251625. Maximum storage temperature should not exceed 50°C.
Blending
Jeetack 251625 can be blended using conventional blending equipments. It will be ideal if the blending temperature is maintained at 70°C.
Hazard/Toxicity
The product is non hazardous and non toxic. Normal handing precautions as in the case of any petroleum additive is advisable.
