Jeetack 521 is a premium tackifier additive formulated from high-molecular-weight polyisobutylene dispersed in paraffinic oil. It is designed to impart strong tack and stringiness to lubricants, helping prevent dripping, spattering, splashing, and wipe-off during equipment operation. The additive is widely used in industrial and specialty lubricants such as slide-way oils, bar and chain saw oils, wire-rope lubricants, circulating oils, rail curve greases, textile machinery oils, rust preventives, anti-mist cutting oils, and various greases. With a typical treat rate of 1–2%, its final dosage depends on the required degree of tackiness since no standard test method exists.

Appearing as a pale, clear, viscous liquid, Jeetack 521 offers excellent stability with a kinematic viscosity of 2600–3400 cSt at 100 °C, a density of 0.83–0.89 kg/L at 15 °C, and a flash point around 170 °C. It is easy to blend using standard equipment and is supplied in 175-kg mild steel barrels. The product is non-hazardous and non-toxic, requiring only normal handling precautions applicable to petroleum additives. For optimal shelf life, storage temperature should not exceed 50 °C. Overall, Jeetack 521 enhances lubricant adhesion, improves film retention, and provides reliable protection under demanding industrial conditions.
