The company was founded in 1995 by Mr. Thavara Madhavan, who brought over two decades of experience from leading multinational chemical firms. Starting operations from a rental premises in Noida, the company began production of Jeetack 521 in 1996, quickly gaining approval from major oil companies like IOC, HPCL, and BPCL, successfully replacing imported alternatives. Growing demand led to expansion into a larger facility in Greater Noida in 1998, and later to a 7,000 sqm plant in Goa in 2006, where the company broadened its product range. Today, it also undertakes contract manufacturing for international traders and specialty additive companies.
